- 135 g Almond Meal
- 60 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 120 ml Maple Syrup
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tbsp Dark Chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp Sprinkles
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a silicone donut pan.
In a bowl, mix almond meal, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
Add maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla. Stir just until combined.
Divide the batter into donut molds and bake for 10 minutes. Cool briefly, then transfer to a wire rack.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles. Refrigerate to set chocolate before serving.
