Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 g ripe or frozen mango
  • 50 g Greek yogurt use dairy free if preferred
  • 25 g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 1 satsuma orange peeled
  • 40 ml unsweetened tinned coconut milk
  • 3-5 ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately with more ice cubes, if desired. Consume immediately.
