Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado halved and pitted
  • 0.25 cup Cherry Tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place avocado halves on a plate and scoop slightly to deepen the cavity.
  • Mix diced tomatoes and crumbled feta in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
  • Spoon mixture into avocado halves. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
