These Quick & Easy Oaty Bites are your go-to solution for energy on demand. Ingredients
  

  • 35 g oats use gluten free if preferred
  • 30 g ground almonds
  • 30 g dried blueberries or use dried fruit of your choice
  • 20 g chopped pitted dates
  • 35 g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder optional
  • 25 g coconut oil melted
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Line the base of a 15x15cm oven tin with baking paper.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until combined. Note: if you aren’t using protein powder, you will only need around 20ml of almond milk.
  • Transfer the mixture to the tin. Press down and flatten the surface with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 4 pieces.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
