Ingredients
  

  • 135 g Almond Meal
  • 60 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 120 ml Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tbsp Dark Chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a silicone donut pan.
  • In a bowl, mix almond meal, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
  • Add maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla. Stir just until combined.
  • Divide the batter into donut molds and bake for 10 minutes. Cool briefly, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and add sprinkles. Refrigerate to set chocolate before serving.
