Ingredients
- 60 g mango chunks
- 250 g Greek yogurt use dairy free if preferred
- 25 g vanilla flavour whey or protein powder
- 40 g fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 tsp chia seeds a small sprinkle
- 1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes a small sprinkle
Instructions
- Place the mango in a blender jug and blend until smooth.
- Place the yogurt and protein powder in a bowl and stir well until smooth.
- Pour the mango purée onto the yogurt and swirl into the yogurt using a spoon.
- Add the toppings. Serve immediately.
