Air Fryer Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps
These Air Fryer Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps deliver big flavour with minimal effort. Thin slices or mince of pork are marinated in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and gochujang, then air-fried until golden and caramelised. Scooped into crisp lettuce cups and layered with shredded carrots, cucumber, spring onion, and optional kimchi or pickled radish, they bring heat, crunch, and clean satisfaction. High in protein and rich in Korean-inspired flavour, they’re ideal for low-carb meals, entertaining, or a vibrant lunch with edge. Optional garnishes include sesame seeds, coriander, and lime wedges.
